[摘要]
目的 为研究南方红豆杉芽愈伤组织诱导条件、最适培养基组成成分和紫杉醇含量的积累。方法 以南方红豆杉芽为外植体 ,在 MS培养基上 ,试验不同种类、不同浓度的激素及其组合对其愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果 芽诱导的最适培养基是 MS添加 2 ,4-D2.0 mg/L 和 NAA0.5 mg/L;对愈伤组织的增殖、驯化和紫杉醇含量的积累则以 B5添加 2 ,4-D 0.5 mg/L、NAA 1.0 m g/L和 KT 0.5 mg/L为最佳。结论 本研究为植物组织细胞培养生产紫杉醇提供实验依据。

Object To study the induction conditions, optimal medium constitution and accumulation of pacli tax el content for callus growth. Methods Bud of Tax us chinensis var. mairei (Lemee et Lé v l.) Cheng et L. K. Fu was selected as the explant. ObjectThe influence of different hormones at different concent rations or in combination with different composition were studied for formationcallus of T. chinensis var. mariei bud on MS medium. Results The best medium was MS with addition of 2, 4-D (2.0 mg/L) and N A A (0. 5 mg/L) for bud induction, while B5 medium with the addition of 2, 4-D (0.5 mg/L) , N AA (1. 0 mg/L) and K T (0. 5 mg/L) gaveoptimal cellgrowth and pacli taxel content. Conclusion This study provided some reference for the production of paclitaxel by cell cultrue.
