[摘要]
目的 研究麦冬总皂苷、人参总皂苷和生脉散的溶血作用及抗氧化剂对溶血的影响。方法 以氰化高铁血红蛋白法测定血红蛋白含量结合红细胞形态学观察。结果 人参总皂苷不溶血 ,麦冬总皂苷和生脉散溶血 ,溶血强度与皂苷浓度呈剂量依赖性。加入皂苷后红细胞有形态学改变。葡萄糖及抗氧化剂甘露醇和 Vit E能减轻皂苷的溶血作用。结论 皂苷溶血作用强弱与其所含皂苷的种类有关 ,并部分与增强红细胞膜的脂质过氧化有关。

ObjectTo study the hemolytic effect of total saponins from Ginseng (Gs) , Radix Ophiopogonis (ROs) and Shengmaisan, acompound preparation of the two saponins, and the antihemoly tic effect of antioxidants on hemolysis. Methods The percentage of hemo lysis was indirectly calculated by measured cyanomethemo glo bin, and morpho logical changes of red blood cells (RBCs) was examined by light microscope. Results Gs did not lead to hemolysis while both ROs and Shengmaisan induced lysis in a concent ration dependent manner. RBCs defo rmation can be observed by light micro scopic study. The hemolysis was partly inhibitedby addition of gluco seor antioxidants including mannitol and α-toco pherol. Conclusion The intensity of hemolytic effectv aried with di fferent sapo nins present in the compound preparation, and may be associated with the type o f sa ponin and partly due to its ability to enhance lipid preoxidation of RBCs membrane.
