[摘要]
目的 考察当归挥发油的不同提取方法。方法 超临界 CO2 流体萃取法及水蒸气蒸馏法。结果 两者的成分及 (Z) -藁本内酯的含量基本一致 ,而超临界 CO2 萃取所得当归油的收率约为水蒸气蒸馏收率的2倍。结论 超临界 CO2 流体萃取法是当归挥发油较好的提取方法。

ObjectTo compare the two di fferent Methods for the extraction of essential oil from Angelica sinensis (Oliv .) Diels. Methods The essential oil of A . sinensis were extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid (SF-CO2) and by steamdisti llation (SD) separately. Results The components and contents of (Z)- lig ustilide of the essential oil extracted by both Methods were identical, but the yield by SF-CO2 is twice as much as that by SD. Conclusion The results suggested that extraction of essential oil from A. sinensis by SF-CO2 is more satisfacto ry.
