目的 考察当归挥发油的不同提取方法。方法 超临界 CO₂ 流体萃取法及水蒸气蒸馏法。结果 两者的成分及 (Z) -藁本内酯的含量基本一致 ,而超临界 CO₂ 萃取所得当归油的收率约为水蒸气蒸馏收率的2倍。结论 超临界 CO₂ 流体萃取法是当归挥发油较好的提取方法。

ObjectTo compare the two di fferent Methods for the extraction of essential oil from Angelica sinensis (Oliv .) Diels. Methods The essential oil of A . sinensis were extracted by supercritical-CO₂ fluid (SF-CO₂) and by steamdisti llation (SD) separately. Results The components and contents of (Z)- lig ustilide of the essential oil extracted by both Methods were identical, but the yield by SF-CO₂ is twice as much as that by SD. Conclusion The results suggested that extraction of essential oil from A. sinensis by SF-CO₂ is more satisfacto ry.
