[摘要]
目的探索菊科植物灯盏花 Erigeron breviscapus的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱分离技术 ,理化常数和光谱分析鉴定了化合物的结构。结果 从灯盏花的乙醇提取物中分得了 2个化合物 ,经光谱学分析鉴定它们的结构分别为 :1-羟基-2 ,3 ,5 -三甲氧基酮 (1-hydroxy-2 ,3 ,5-trim ethoxy xanthone,) ,1-(2′-γ-吡喃酮)-6-咖啡酰基 -α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 (1-2′-γ-pyranone)-6-caffeoyl-α-D-pyranoglucose,)。结论 化合物 , 为新化合物。化合物 对 TNF-α诱导的内皮细胞粘附有一定的抑制作用。提示它对缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

[Abstract]
Object To investigate the chemical constituents of Erigeron breviscapus(Vant .)Hand. - Mazz.(Compositae).Methods Compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract with column chromatography and identified on the basis of spectral analysis(IR, EI-MS, FAB-MS,1HNM R, 13CNMR, 2DNMR) and physiochemical properties.Results Two compounds were identified as 1-hydroxy-2,3, 5- trimethoxy xanthone(V),and 1-(2'-γ-pyranone)-6-caffeoyl-α-D-pyranoglucose(Vl).Conclusion Both of the two compounds were new.Compound Vl showed inhibitory effects on the adhesion of endothelial induced by TNF-α indicating its protective effect against injury due to ischemic reperfusion.
