[摘要]
目的 研究海嘧啶的抗肿瘤作用。方法 采用 MTT实验和集落形成实验观察海嘧啶的体外抗肿瘤作用 ;通过海嘧啶对 FC小鼠和 S180 、H22 荷瘤小鼠瘤重和生存时间的研究,观察了海嘧啶的体内抗肿瘤作用。结果 海嘧啶对 8种人癌细胞具有一定的杀伤作用,以对 BGC- 82 3、Eca- 109、HCT- 8细胞的抑制作用最强 ;对 BGC- 82 3、Eca-10 9、HCT- 8细胞的集落形成有明显的抑制作用,以对 Eca- 109细胞集落形成抑制作用最强 ;可明显抑制 FC小鼠和S180 小鼠瘤体的生长,明显延长 H22 荷瘤小鼠的生存时间。结论 海嘧啶由中药复方和 5 - Fu两部分复合而成,其抗肿瘤作用与二者相比具有明显的协同作用,使抑瘤率大幅度提高。

Object To study the antitumor activities of Haimiding.Methods The in vitro antitumor action was observed by MTT and colony formation, its in vivo effects were studied by observing tumor weight and survival time of FC, S 180 and H 22 mice.Results Haimiding is a powerful antitumor agent in 8 kinds of human cancer cell line, especially on BGC 823, Eca 109 and HCT 8, with Eca 109 being the most susceptible Haimiding also inhibits the growth of cancer cells of FC and S 180 mice and prolongs the survival time of H 22 mice.Conclusion Haimiding is a compounded preparation consisted of 5 Fu and Chinese medicine, they showed obvious synergistic effect to inhibit the growth rate of tumors
