目的 为更深入地研究中华芦荟活性成分的组成及化学结构。方法 采用 DEAE- Sephadex A- 2 5作为填料,通过离子交换柱层析分离。结果 从中华芦荟原始多糖中分离并提纯得到一种中性糖,经过 IR、HPL C、TGA、13CNMR、碱性水解及元素分析测定,证明这是一种纯度较高的、部分乙酰化的β- 1,4- D-聚吡喃甘露糖,其中糖链中甘露糖与乙酰基的物质的量之比为 1.6 4∶ 1。结论 该多糖为首次分得。
