[摘要]
目的 研究 5种维吾尔药的清除羟自由基 (° OH)及保护 DNA氧化损伤的作用。方法 采用现代生物化学发光分析技术,以 CuSO4- Vit C- H2 O2 -酵母菌发光体系测定药材对° OH的清除作用。结果 研究表明,5种维吾尔药材对° OH具有不同程度的清除作用,并能保护 DNA的氧化损伤,而且它们清除° OH及抗 DNA氧化损伤的作用与它们的浓度之间存在正比性依赖关系。结论 5种维吾尔药清° OH及抗 DNA损伤的作用可能是它们抗衰老、防治某些疾病的主要作用机制之一。

Object To study the hydroxyl radical scavenging and DNA damage protecting activities of
5 Uighur herbal medicines-Euphorbia humiifusa Willd.,Borago officinalis L, Cassia angustifolia Vahl,
Term inalia chebula Retz.and Forces officinalis(Vill·ex Fr.)Bres. Methods The hydroxyl radical scav-
enging action and DN A damage protection action were determined by CuS044-it C-H2O2 yeast and CuSO44-
Vit C-H2O2-phen-DNA chemiluminescence systems respectively. Results All 5 Uighur medicinal herbs
showed hydroxyl radical scavenging and DNA damage protection activities in dose-dependent manners.Coneulsion The hydroxyl radical scavenging and DNA protective effects may possibly be the mechanisms
of their antiaging and therapeutic effects against various diseases.
