目的 研究云南琵琶甲的抗菌活性成分。方法 通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析分离,应用光谱方法鉴定结构。结果 所分得的 5个化合物分别鉴定为 2 -甲基 - 1,4-苯二醇 (2 - methyl- 1,4- benzenediol, ),对苯二酚 (hydro-quinone, ),三十二烷酸 (dotriacontanoic acid),棕榈酸 (palm itic acid, )和三十烷醇 (triacontanol, ),经抗菌活性实验,结果表明 和 具有抗菌活性。结论 以上 5个化合物为首次从云南琵琶甲中分得

[Abstract]
Object To study on the antibiotic a ctive constituents of Balaps japanensis yunnanensis Mars.* . Methods 5 compounds were obtained by solvent extraction, and silica gel column chromatography. Results They were identified as 2-methyl-1, 4-benzenediol (Ⅰ); hydroquinone (Ⅱ); dotriacontanoic acid (lacceroic acid) (Ⅲ); palmitic acid (Ⅳ) and triacontanol (Ⅴ), by spectroscop ic analysis (IR, FABMS, EIMS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and DEPT). Phar macological screening showed that compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed antibiotic activiti es. Conclusion The above 5 compounds were isolated from B. japanensis yunanensis for the first time.
