[摘要]
目的研究肉苁蓉总苷(GCs)对60Co损伤小鼠免疫功能及30d存活率的影响。方法小鼠在不同剂量60Coγ射线照射前后,均服以GCs,观察辐射及GCs对其免疫功能的改变。结果 60Co照射剂量为2,4及7Gy时,可造成小鼠体液免疫、细胞免疫功能和非特异性免疫功能及30d存活率下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);GCs(31.25,62.5,125mg/kg)组可促进上述各指标的恢复,对60Co损伤小鼠的抗体产生、外周血T淋巴细胞数目、迟发型超敏反应、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能均有明显保护作用(P<0.01或P<0.05);且能提高受照小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数及30d存活率(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 GCs对辐射损伤小鼠的免疫功能具有较强防护作用。

[Abstract]
Object To investigate the effect of cistanche glycos ides (GCs) on immune functions and 30 d survival rate of 60Co irradiat ed mice. Methods Mice were given GCs both before and after 60Co irradiation at different doses, and the changes of their immunologi cal functions observed by routine immunopharmacologic methods. Results When irradiated at doses of 2, 4, and 7 Gy with 60Co, the hum oral, cellular and non-specific immunity, and 30 d survival rate were all decre ased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). GCs at doses o f 31.25, 62.5 and 125 mg/kg could facilitate recoveries of all the above indic es. GCs could also be beneficial to 60Co irradiated mice in the follo wing aspects: production of antibodies impaired by 60Co; peripheral blood T lymphocyte count; delayed hypersensitivity and phygocytosing function of perit oneal macrophage (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Fu rthe rmore, the immune index and 30 d survival rate were increased (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion GCs has p rotective effects on immune functions of irradiated mice.
