目的建立RP-HPLC法分离检测大豆提取物中大豆苷元、染料木素、大豆苷、染料木苷4成分含量的方法。方法用ZorbaxSB-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(30:8:62)和甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(16:24:60)为流动相分别测定大豆苷元、染料木素和大豆苷、染料木苷,检测波长为254nm。结果大豆苷元、染料木素、大豆苷、染料木苷4成分的平均回收率分别为98.7%,99.5%,98.4%,98.6%;RSD分别为1.4%,0.9%,0.9%,1.7%(n=4)。结论方法简便、准确、重复性好.

[Abstract]
Object A method for the determination of daidzein, g enistein, daidzin and genistin in soybean extract by RP-HPLC was established . Methods Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6×15 mm, 5 μm) was us ed . Daidzein and genistein were separated with mobile phase Ⅰ:methanol-acetoni tr ile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (30:8:62). Daidzin and genistin were sepa rate d with mobile phase Ⅱ:methanol-acetonitrie-0.1% phosphoric acid solution ( 16: 24:60). The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The ave rage recoveries of daidzein, genistein, daidzin and genistin were 98.7%, 99.5 %, 98.4%, 98.6% and the precision (RSD) were 1.4%, 0.9%, 0. 9%, 1.7% ([ WTBX n=4) respectively. Conclusion: The method was ac curate, rapid and with good reproducibility.
