目的对剑叶龙血树含脂木材进行化学成分和活性研究。方法采用硅胶柱层析、制备TLC进行分离,运用UV、IR、MS、1H,13CNMR等光谱法鉴定化合物的结构,并对分得的化合物进行抗真菌活性筛选试验。结果得到2个类化合物:4'-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基对苯乙烯(4'-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxystillben,紫檀)和4',3,5-三羟基对苯乙烯(resveratrol,白藜芦醇),具有抗真菌活性。结论类化合物抗真菌活性为该植物首次报道。

Object To study the chemical consti tuents of Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen. and t hei r anti-fungal activities. Methods The constituents were isola t ed on silica gel chromatography and preparative TLC. They were identified on th e basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data (UV, IR, MS, ¹HNMR and ¹³CNMR). Results Two stilbene derivatives were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract of the resiniferous woody portion of D. cochinchinensis. as 4'-hydroxy-3, 5-di m ethoxystilbene (Ⅰ) and resveratrol (Ⅱ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed anti-fungal activities. This is the first time to report that stilbene derivatives from this plant had antifungal activities.
