[摘要]
目的对剑叶龙血树含脂木材进行化学成分和活性研究。方法采用硅胶柱层析、制备TLC进行分离,运用UV、IR、MS、1H,13CNMR等光谱法鉴定化合物的结构,并对分得的化合物进行抗真菌活性筛选试验。结果得到2个类化合物:4'-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基对苯乙烯(4'-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxystillben,紫檀)和4',3,5-三羟基对苯乙烯(resveratrol,白藜芦醇),具有抗真菌活性。结论类化合物抗真菌活性为该植物首次报道。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical consti tuents of Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen. and t hei r anti-fungal activities. Methods The constituents were isola t ed on silica gel chromatography and preparative TLC. They were identified on th e basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data (UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR and 13CNMR). Results Two stilbene derivatives were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extract of the resiniferous woody portion of D. cochinchinensis. as 4'-hydroxy-3, 5-di m ethoxystilbene (Ⅰ) and resveratrol (Ⅱ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅱ showed anti-fungal activities. This is the first time to report that stilbene derivatives from this plant had antifungal activities.
