从景洪哥纳香Goniothalamus cheliensis树皮中分离得到4个化合物, 经理化性质和光谱分析鉴定为十六酸(Ⅰ)、5, 6-2H-6-苯乙烯吡喃-2-酮(Ⅱ)、(5R, 6S, 7R, 8R)-7-羟基-8-苯基四氢呋喃并[3, 2-b]-2H-吡喃-2-酮(Ⅲ)、景洪哥纳香胺(Ⅳ).化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分得, 化合物Ⅳ为从哥纳香属中发现的一种新结构类型的生物碱, 为一新化合物.

Four compounds were isolated from the bark of Goniothalamus cheliensis Hu. Their structures were determined by spe c tral analysis and chemical evidences as palmitic acid (Ⅰ)； 5， 6-2H-6-styry l.2-pyrone (Ⅱ)； (5R, 6S, 7R, 8R)-7-hydroxy-8-phenyltetra hydrofuro ［3, 2-b］ pyran-2-one (Ⅲ); cheliensisamine (Ⅳ). Among them, Ⅳ i s a new type of alkaloid found in Goniothalamus (Bl..) Hook.f. et Thoms. and Ⅰ was isolated from this plant for the first time.
