采用各种色谱技术主要为 HPL C从国产管花肉苁蓉 Cistanche tubulosa(Schenk) Wight中分离得到 7个苯乙醇苷类化合物, 根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定它们的结构为 2′-乙酰基类叶升麻苷 (Ⅰ)、类叶升麻苷 (Ⅱ)、crenatoside(Ⅲ)、丁香苷 A3′-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷 (Ⅳ)、异类叶升麻苷 (Ⅴ)、去咖啡酰基类叶升麻苷 (Ⅵ)和红景天苷(Ⅶ)。化合物Ⅲ为首次从本属植物中分离得到, 其它化合物为首次从本植物中分离得到。

even compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of Cistanche tubulosa (Schrenk) Wight by various chromatography including preparative HPLC. They were identified as 2′-acetylacteoside(Ⅰ), acteoside(Ⅱ), crenatoside(Ⅲ), syringalide A 3′-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(Ⅳ), isoacteoside(Ⅴ), decaffeoylacteoside(Ⅵ) and rhodioloside(Ⅶ) on the basis of chemical evidences and spectral data. Among these compounds, Ⅲ was isolated from plants of Cistanche Hoffing. et Link for the first time, and the others were isolated from the plant of C. tubulosa for the first time.
