从油丹 Alseodaphne hainanensis Merr.树皮中分离得到4个化合物,根据 HR-SIMS、1 HNMR、13CNMR及二维核磁共振技术鉴定其结构分别为:一个木脂素 eusiderin A〔(7R,8R)-3,4,5,3′-四甲氧基-△8′,9′-8-O-4′,7-O-5′-木脂素〕(Ⅰ);两个苄基异喹啉类生物碱(6,7-二甲氧基异喹啉基)-(4′-甲氧基苯基)甲酮(Ⅱ)、(6,7-亚甲二氧基异喹啉基)-(4′-甲氧基苯基)甲酮(Ⅲ)和4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯甲酸(Ⅳ)。其中化合物为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Four compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the bark of Alseodaphne hainanensis Merr The structures were identified as: aneolignan eusiderin A [(7R,8R)3,4,5,3′ tetramethoxy △8′,9′8 O4′,7 O5′lignan](Ⅰ); two benzylisoquinoline alkaloids(6,7 dimethoxyisoquinolinyl)(4′ methoxyphenyl)methanone(Ⅱ), and(6,7 methylenedioxyisoquinolinyl)(4′ methoxyphenyl)methanone(Ⅲ), and4 hydroxy3 methoxy benzoic acid(Ⅳ)on the basis of HR SIMS,1HNMR,13 CNMR and2DnMR spectroscopic analysis Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅲ were obtained from the Alseodaphnegenus for the first time.
