根据中草药浸提机制和扩散理论,建立在浸提温度保持不变条件下的动力学模型,分别讨论了浸提时间、溶剂倍量以及颗粒粒度与浸出有效成分浓度之间的函数关系,结果是:在单因素变化的情况下,lnCB与lnt、lnσ或ln(M-R)均成线性关系。对丹参(Salviamiltior rhizaBge)中有效成分丹参酮(tanshinone)的浸提过程进行了实验研究,结果表明该模型与实验结果相吻合。

Based on medicinal herb extraction mechanism and diffusion principles, a kinetic model on isothermal herb extraction process was presented The relation between the concentration of active component and extraction time, size of herb particle and volume of solvent were discussed respectively The result showed that the relations between lnC B and lnt, lnσ or ln(M-R) were linear when only one parameter was changed A case for extracting tanshinone from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was sutdied, the result indicated a perfect matching between the mathematical model and the experimental data
