采用三普红景天胶囊对129例高原红细胞增多症进行了红细胞滤过指数和氧自由基代谢指标治疗前后的观察。结果表明,三普红景天胶囊具有降低红细胞滤过指数和脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛及升高机体防御酶红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性的作用。提示三普红景天胶囊具有升高机体防御酶,减轻脂质过氧化反应和增强红细胞变形能力的作用。

129 cases of high altitude polycythemia were treate d with thetraditional Tibetan medicine Sanpu Hongjingtian (Rhodiola sp) capsules (SRC), toassess its effects on erythrocyte deformability, activ ities of red blood cellsuperoxide dismutase (RBC-SOD) and plasma contents of m alondialdehyde (MDA). Theresults showed that erythrocyte filtration index (EFI ) and plasma contents of MDAwere lowered and the activities of RBC-SOD were sig nificantly increased after SRCtreatment (P<0.01), as compared with the control s. It may be concluded that SRC iseffective in raising the activities of antio x idase, improving erythrocytedeformability and decreasing the lipid preoxidation reaction.
