采用ig脂肪乳剂法复制大鼠高脂血症模型,观测山丹芍药汤全方水煎剂及其不同提取部位对大鼠血清中血脂水平的影响,结合药理实验对其活性部位进行追踪和评价,并以TLC法初步分析有效化学成分。结果表明:山丹芍药汤能显著降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG及 LDL-C,并可升高 HDL-C;活性部位为醇溶部位,主要有效化学成分为黄酮类、酚类和有机酸等化合物。提示山丹芍药汤具有明显调血脂作用,其药效是多种有效成分通过多途径协同作用的综合结果。

The blood lipid regulation effects of Shandanshaoya o Tang (CSPD), a decoction of the Chinese traditional prescription containing Fructus Crataegi, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Paeo niae Rubra on experimental hyperlipidemic rats and tracing of its active fraction were studied. Hyperlipidemic rat models were prepared by ig high chol e sterol emulsion. Changes in blood lipid levels after ig CSPD and various fractio n s of the decoction extract were determined. The active fractions were assessed b y pharmacological tracing and the active constituents were analyzed by TLC. The results showed that CSPD can significantly lower the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), while increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) of hyperlip idemic rats. The ethanol-soluble fraction was observed to be the main pharmaco l ogical active fraction. The main active constituents are flavonoids, phenols an d organic acids. These results suggested that CSPD has significant blood lipid r e gulation effects on hyperlipidemic rats resulting from the synergic actions of i ts active constituents.
