从河套大黄干燥根与根茎的甲醇提取物中分得10个蒽醌类成分。经化学方法和波谱学鉴定,确定它们的结构分别为:大黄酚(chrysophanol)、大黄素甲醚(physcion)、大黄素(emodin)、芦荟大黄素(aloe-emodin)、大黄酸(rhein)、大黄酚-1和8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(chrysophanol-1and8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,a和b)、大黄酚-8-O-β-D-(6'-O-没食子酰)-吡喃葡萄糖苷〔chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside,〕、大黄素甲醚-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(physcion-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)、芦荟大黄素-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(aloe-emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)。其中为一新化合物,、、系首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
From the methanolic extract of root and stem of Rheum hotaoense C. Y. Cheng et C. T. Kao. ten anthraquinones were isolated. Their structures were identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods as chrysophanol (Ⅰ), physcion (Ⅱ), emodin (Ⅲ), aloe-emodin (Ⅳ), rhein (Ⅴ), chrysophanol-l and 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵa and Ⅵb), chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucopyranoside (Ⅶ), physcion-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅷ), aloe-emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅸ). Among which Ⅵ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ were obtained from this plant for the first time and Ⅶ is a new compound.
