采用HPLC法测定了何首乌及含首乌制剂复方虫草胶囊中游离及结合型大黄素、大黄素甲醚的含量。色谱柱:Waters型C18柱(10μm, 250mm×4.6mm);检测波长:254nm;流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(850∶150∶1);流速:1mL/min。方法简便易行, 结果准确, 重现性好, 可有效地控制生药及其制剂的质量。

Free and combined emodin and physcion in capsules of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. and its complex prescription with cordycep were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions adopted were: Waters C 18 column (250 mm×4 6 mm, 10 μm); detection wavelength, 254 nm; mobile phase, methanol water phosphoric acid (850∶150∶1); flow rate, 1 mL/min. The results showed that this method is simple, easy and reliable.
