鲤鱼精巢DNA对组织匀浆自发的或由Fe2+-Cysteine体系激发的脂质过氧化作用均有显著的抑制作用, 在0.16~100μg/mL浓度范围内有明显的剂量依赖关系;小鼠im DNA 15 d, 其脑、心、肝中雨二醛生成量明显减少;小鼠ig DNA 45 d, 其脑和肝脏中的脂褐素含量明显低于空白对照组。

The andti-lipid peroxidation effect of deoxyribonucleic acid from carp spermary(CSDNA)was studied Results of the study showed that CSDNA could markedly inhibit either spontaneous lipid peroxi-dation or that induced by Fe2+ -Cysteine system in tissue homogenates in a dose-dependent manner within therange of 0.16~100g/mL MDA content in the brain ,heart and liver of mice reduced obviously after ig administration of CSDNA for 15d Lipofuscinlevels in the brain and liver of mice were significantly lowered after ig administration of CSDNA for 45 d as compared with the control.
