采用吸附澄清-高速离心-微滤法制备菖蒲益智口服液, 并与醇沉法和吸附澄清法工艺进行了比较。结果表明, 吸附澄清-高速离心-微滤法工艺能够提高制剂的有效成分含量, 实现连续化生产, 具有简化工艺, 缩短生产周期, 提高制剂稳定性的优点。

The preparation of "Changpuyizhi Oral Liquid ,a traditional Chinese prescription contain- ing acorus calamus and Alpinia oxyphylla by a sequential adsorption-clarification-ultuacentuifugation-miacrofil-tration process was studied in comparison with the alcohol-precipitation and adsorption clarification process Results of the study showed that the sequential process gave a product with better stability and lower cost be sides a shorter production cycle.
