采用3D-HPLC对胃脘舒冲剂进行了定性鉴别并建立其指标性成分的定量分析方法。色谱柱:CLC-ODS(6.0 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液系统;洗脱方式:二元高压梯度洗脱;检测方式;二级管阵列检测器多通过检测;测定波长:芍药苷230 nm, 甘草酸254nm, 授应苷 283 nm;各指标性成分的线性范围分别为:芍药苷 4.23~67.68 μg/mL(r=0.9999, n=5), 橙皮苷 7.50~119.20 μg/ml(r=0.9998, n=5), 甘草酸10.50~168.00μg/ml(r=0.9994, n=5);加样回收率及RSD分别为:芍药苷89.46%,2.87%, 橙皮苷93,76%,2.48%, 甘草酸90.22%, 1.79%。同时用三维HPLC图谱对胃脘舒冲剂进行了定性别。

The Weiwanshu Chongji was analyzed by three dimensional HPLC. Some of the Chinese herbal drugs could be identified and the contents of the marker substances could be determined. Column Shim-pack CLC-ODS (6. 0 mm×150 mm, 5μm). Mobile phase:acetonitrile-0. 1%acetic acid solution; Elution mode:binary high pressure gradient system ; Detector:UV/Vis photodiode array detector,the detection was performed by mufti-channel chromatograms with different wavelengths,the detection wavelengths were 230 nm for paeonflorin, 254 nm for elycyrrhizic acid and 283 nm for hesperidin. The marker substances were identified by three dimensional chromatogram. The linear ranges were:4. 23~67. 68μg/mL (r=0. 9999, n=5)for paeoniflorin,7. 50~119. 20 μg/mL (r=0. 9998,n=5) for hesperidin, and 10.50~168.00 μg/mL(r=0. 9994,n=5) for glycyrrhizic acid. The recoveries and RSD were:89. 46%,2.87%for paeoniflorin,93. 76%,2. 48% for hesperidin and 90.22%,1. 79% for glycyrrhizic acid. The Weiwanshu Chongji was dentified by three dimensional chromatograms.
