从羽叶千里光Senecio argunesis Turcz.地上部分首次分得 6种黄酮类成分, 经理化反应和光谱数据鉴定为槲皮素(quercetin,,I), 异鼠李素-3-o-β-D半乳糖苷(isorhamnetin-3-o-βD-galactoside,Ⅱ), 山奈酚-3-o-βd-半乳糖苷(kaempferol-3-0-β-D-galactoside,Ⅱ), 槲皮素-3-o-βD-半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-o-βD-galactoside,Ⅳ), 槲皮素5-o-βD葡萄糖苷(quercetin-5-o-β-D-glucoside,V), 异鼠李素-3-o-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(isorhamnetin-3-0-β-D-glucuronide,Ⅵ)。其中 V为千光里属中首次分得的5位连糖的黄酮苷;Ⅵ为该属中首次分得的糖醛酸类化合物。

From the aerial part of Senecio argunensis Turcz., 6 flavonoids were isolated by chromatography and identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data, as quercetin (I ), isorhamnetin-3-O-β D-galactoside(Ⅱ),kaempferol -3-O-β-Dgalactoside(Ⅲ),quercetin-3-O-βD-galactoside(Ⅳ),quercetin-5- O-β-D-glucoside(V),and isorhammetin-3-D-glucuronide(Ⅳ)Compound V was the first first flavone gly- coside with the sugar moiety at the C-5 position ,and compound Ⅵwas the first flavone glucuronide isolated from Senecio L.
