采用甲醇为溶剂,提取冬虫夏草及其虫体、子座中的核苷类成分,用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量;色谱条件以μBondapak C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,10μm)为色谱柱,0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液(pH6.5)- 甲醇(85: 15)为流动相,检测波长 UV260 nm,r=0.9999,线性范围 0.2~1μg,回收率104.5%。

[Abstract]
A method has been developed for the determination of adenosine in Cordycepes sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. by HPLC. Nucleosides in both worm body and stroma were extracted with MeOH. A μ Bondapak C18 column was used, with phosphate buffer (0.01 mol/L of a mixture of NaH2PO4 and Na2HPO4 of pH 6.5)-MeOH (85∶15) as the mobile phase, and detected at a wavelength of 260 nm. The l?near range was 0.2~1.0 μg, r=0.9999.The average recovery was 104.5%.
