采用 γ-AL2O3因相萃取和HPLC法对云南红豆衫和东北红豆杉培养细胞中的紫杉醇进行了定量分析。红豆杉浸膏粗品经γ-AL2O3因相萃取柱后,可直接上高效液相色谱柱.C18HPLC的最佳条件是:甲醇-乙腈-水(25:45:30)为流动相,227mm紫外检测。该法简单、快速、准确、适应性强,对紫杉醇的检测范围在0.4~19.2μg。

A new RP-HPLC method for the determination of paclitaxel in Taxus yunnaneresis Cheng et L. K. Fu and the callus cultures of Taxus cuspidata Sieb. et Zucc. is described. The crude extract may be fractionally partitioned using Y-AI203 solid-phase extraction,this fraction can then be. assayed directly by means of HPLC on a C,e column with methanol:acetonitrile:water (25,45,30) as mobile phase and UV detector at 227 nm. The calibration curve was linear between the peak area and the amount of paclitaxel over the range of 0. 4~19. 2 ug with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9996.
