从忍冬科接骨木属植物接骨木Sambucuswilliamsii干燥茎枝乙醇提取物的石油醚和氯仿部分中分得6个单体化合物。通过化学方法和波谱分析鉴定其结构分别为:棕榈酸蛇麻脂醇酯(Ⅰ)、熊果酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、α-香树脂醇(Ⅳ)、三十烷酸(Ⅴ)和β-谷甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷。以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。

Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and chloroform soluble fraction of ethanolic extract of Sambucus williamsii Hance (Caprifoliaceae).On the basis of chemical reactions and spectra data,they were identified as;lupeol-3-palmitate(I);ursolic acid(ll);(3-sitosterol(IQ);a-amyrin (N);triacontanoic acid(V)and (3-sitosterol-(3-D-gluco-py ranoside (VI).All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time.
