从乳菇属真菌亚绒盖乳菇Lactariussubvellereus子实体的甲醇提取物中分得1个新化合物和7个已知化合物,经理化常数和光谱分析鉴定为(222,24S)-啤酒甾醇［(22Z,24S)－cerevis－terol,I),硬脂酸(stearicacid,Ⅱ),硬脂酸甲酯(methylstearate,Ⅲ),亚油酸(linoleicacid,Ⅳ),庚二酸(azelaicacid,V),牛蒡子素(arctigenin,Ⅵ),ergosta－7,22－dien－3－ol(Ⅶ),ergosta－7－en－3－ol(Ⅷ)。其中Ⅰ为新化合物,Ⅴ和Ⅵ为首次从该属真菌中得到。

From the methanolic extract of Lactarius subvellereus,one new and seven known compounds were isolated and identified as (22Z,24S)-cerevisterol(I),stearic acid (Ⅱ),methyl stearate(Ⅲ),linoleic acid (Ⅳ),azelaic acid (V),arctigenin(VI),ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol(VI),and ergosta-7-en-3-ol(Ⅶ)by spectroscopic methods(CD,UV,IR,MS,¹H,¹³CNMR). The new compound I and compound V and VI were obtained for the first time from the fungus Lactarius.
