探讨了熊胆注射剂的降血脂作用。熊胆注射剂0.4、0.2g/kg静脉注射4d,明显地降低正常大鼠的总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及动脉硬化指数(AI)(P<0.05,P<0.01)。增加高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)及HDL-C/TC比值(P<0.05,P<0.01或P<0.001)。更明显地降低高脂血症模型小鼠及鸡的TC、TG、LDL-C及AI(P<0.001),增加HDL-C及HDL-C/TC比值(P<0.01,P<0.001)。提示,熊胆注射剂具有明显的降血脂,抗动脉硬化作用,其作用优于脉通及熊胆口服剂。

Effects of bear bile injection on blood lipid concentration were studied in rats,mice and chicken. Results showed that daily intravenous administration of 0. 2 g/kg tion of total serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride (TG),or 0.low4 g/kg of bear bile led to a significant reduc-density lipoprotein (LDL-C)content and theatherosclerotic index (AI) (P< 0.05,P<0.O1).Simultaneously a significant increase in serum high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)content and an increase in the value of HDL/TC occurred in rats (P<0. 05,P<0. 01,P<0. 001). In hyperlipemic chicken and mice induced by high cholesterol diet,the results of bear bile treatment followed the same pattern (P<0.O1,P<0.001).These results suggested that iv. administration of bear bile may be utilized in the lowering of blood lipid content and prevention of atherosclerosis. The potency of bear bile appeared to be greater when administered intravenously rather than orally. It is also more potent than Maitong.
