作者利用数学模拟法对单脉大黄各器官的生物量进行了预测.结果表明,单脉大黄的块根、根茎及叶生物量与根茎的长度(H)和根茎基部直径(D)平方的乘积(D2H)之间存在较大的相关性(P<0.05).由于大黄属植物在形态上存在很大的相似性,故以D2H作为预测大黄属植物生物量的易测值其可靠程度高.

A mathematical modelling method was used to estimate the biomass of Rheum uninerve.Results showedthat the dry weight of root,root tuber and leaf of R.uninerve were relative to the product (D2H)of length ofrhizome(H)and square of the diameter at the base of rhizome(D2)(P<0. 05).It was supposed that D2H couldbe used to estimate other plant biomass of genus of R.L..
