从十字花科植物菘蓝Isatistinctoria的叶中提取分离得到5种化合物,经理化鉴定和光谱分析确定它们的结构为2,4(1H,3H)喹唑二酮(Ⅰ),5-羟基-2-吲哚酮(Ⅱ),靛蓝(Ⅲ),靛玉红(Ⅳ)和扶桑甾醇(Ⅴ)。其中Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅴ3个化合物为首次从该植物中分得,化合物Ⅰ的药理实验显示了抗炎和抗高血压的活性[1,2],化合物Ⅳ显示了抗癌活性,对治疗慢性粒细胞白血病有较好疗效[3]。

[Abstract]
Five compounds have been isolated from the leaves of Isatis tinctoria L.. On the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties,their structures were establised as 2, 4(1H, 3H)-quinazolinedione (Ⅰ), 5-hy droxy-2-indolinone(Ⅱ) ,indigo(Ⅲ), indirubin (Ⅳ)and β-rosasterol (Ⅴ). Ⅰ,, Ⅱand Ⅴ were found from the plant for the first time. Results of pharmacological tests demonstrated tat I has antiinflammatory and hy potensive actions,and Ⅴ has anticarcinogenic activity,with fairly good therapeutic effect for chronic granulo cytic leukemia
