由CCl4诱发的肝纤维化实验大鼠,经汉防己甲素(tetrandrine,Tet)治疗证明:Tet有确实可靠的抗肝纤维化作用。而Tet抗肝纤维化的作用可通过由丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胆碱酯酶(ChE)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)组成的肝酶谱的活性变化规律加以了解和掌握,因肝酶谱的检测系非介入性检测,较介入性的病理肝组织穿刺检测具有简便、准确、快速并可进行动态观察等优点。

Hepatic fibrosis of rat was induced by CCl4 and treated with tetrandrine(Tet). Results showed that Tet had obvious effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis which can be borne out by determining the activities of liver enzyme spectrum consisting of ALT,AKP,ChE,MAO and r-GT in serum. The meaurement can be observed dynamically, is noninvasive and more rapid,accurate and convenient than invasive hepatic biopsy. It provides valuable biochemical indexes for diagnosis,curative effect and prognostic judgement of hepatic fibrosis.
