[摘要]
将大鼠模拟海拔6500m缺氧10d,每天8h,其血浆粘度比、全血粘度比、红细胞压积、K值与常压对照组相比,均显著或极显著地增高,血小板数和左心室重/右心室重都明显减小.而减压给药组的上述指标(除压积外)与常压对照组相比无明显差异,压积虽有显著性升高,但仍低于减压对照组,介于两对照组之间.提示唐古特青兰对缺氧所造成的血液流变学改变、血小板数减少、右心室肥厚的倾向具有一定的抑制作用.对缺氧造成大鼠肺、肝、肾组织损伤有一定的抑制作用.

[Abstract]
The effects of an aqueous extract of Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim. (DtM)on np.nb.nb-! H .Hct.ESR.ESR-k and EPT of rats were studied by ip route. The animals were divided into Three groups:norm s1 pres,ure canttul eraup (NCG).low pressure treatment group (LTG)and lowpressure control group (LCG). All ryp.nb.H}t.ESR-k mcrea,ed ,ognificantly in rats exposed to sUmulated altitude of 6500m for 10 days (8h/day).and the platelet and the raUU of loft to rtehiventricle weights were obviously decreased in comparison with NPG. The above parameters of LTG .except Hct .have noubw ous difference as compared with NCG,Hct in LTG increased obviously but lower than LCG. These results sugge,ted that DtM may be used as an inhibitory agent against the changes of induced-hypoxia blood rheology.decreased platelet and hyper Irophic right ventricle. In addition .the observation of Itssue morphology showed that DtM possesses sometherapeuW eflems to injuries of Iung.W er and kidney of hypoxia rats.
