从毛叶寄生TaxillusnigransDanser的叶中分得8种化合物,由理化性质及光谱分析鉴定,它们分别为(+)-儿茶素〔(+)-catechin,Ⅰ〕,7-O-没食子酰-(+)-儿茶素〔7-O-galloyl-(+)-catechin,Ⅱ〕,异槲皮甙(isoquercitrin,Ⅲ),广寄生甙(avicularin,Ⅳ),槲皮素-3-O-(6″-没食子酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖甙〔quercetin-3-O(6″-galloyl)-β-D-glucoside,Ⅴ〕,槲生素-3-O-(6″-没食子酰基)-β-D-半乳糖工期甙〔quercetin-3-O(6″-gal-loyl)-β-D-galactoside,Ⅵ〕,芦丁(rutin,Ⅶ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛醒甙(qu-ercetin-3-O-β-glucuronide,Ⅷ)。

[Abstract]
From the leave of Taxillns nigrans Danser eight compounds were isolated.On the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, they were identified as(+)- catechin(I),7-O-galloyl(+)-catechin(Ⅱ),isoquercitrin(Ⅲ),avicularin(IV),querce ti- n-3-O(6"-galloyl)-β-。-glucoside(V),q uercetin-3-o。-(6"-galloyl)-β-D-galactoside(VI), rutiu(Ⅶ),and quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide(Ⅷ).All of them were found in this plant for the first time.
