通过对红杆、绿杆的蒙古黄芪AstragalusmembranaceusBge.或A．membranaceus（Fisch．）Bge．var．mongholicus（Bge．）Hsiao[1,2]及叶表有毛、无毛的膜荚黄芪A．membranaceus（Fisch）Bge．[3]的花粉、叶表面纹饰、子房柱头电镜扫描观察以及脂酶同工酶分析比较，发现红杆、绿杆蒙古黄芪及有毛无毛的膜荚黄芪存在着明显的差异。
