线粒体自噬作为细胞清除受损线粒体和维持自身稳定的重要机制，在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中发挥着重要作用。研究发现，中药及其活性成分可通过调控肿瘤细胞线粒体自噬抑制其增殖、诱导凋亡、抑制侵袭和转移及化疗耐药性等方式发挥抗肿瘤作用。通过综述中药及其活性成分调控肿瘤细胞线粒体自噬发挥抗肿瘤作用的研究进展，以期为中药在肿瘤治疗中的应用提供新的思路和方法。

Mitophagy, as an important mechanism for cells to remove damaged mitochondria and maintain their own stability, plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. Studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients can inhibit tumor cell proliferation, induce apoptosis, inhibit invasion, metastasis and chemotherapy resistance by regulating mitochondrial autophagy. By reviewing the research progress of traditional Chinese medicines and their active ingredients in exerting anti-tumor effects by regulating mitophagy, aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the application of traditional Chinese medicines in tumor treatment.
