目的 观察肛泰栓联合复方荆芥熏洗剂在混合痔术后应用的临床疗效。方法 依据随机数字表法将医院2022年5月至2023年3月86例接受手术治疗的混合痔患者分为观察组（43例）和对照组（43例）。对照组给予复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗，10 g/次，2次/d；观察组在对照组基础上给予肛泰栓治疗，1粒/次，1次/d，两组连续治疗7 d。治疗后，观察临床疗效、疼痛改善情况，比较两组血清炎症因子水平及术后并发症、药物不良反应情况。结果 治疗后，观察组治疗总有效率（95.35%）高于对照组（81.40%）（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）较治疗前明显下降（P＜0.05），且观察组较对照组改善更显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组炎症因子白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、γ-干扰素（interferon-γ，IFN-γ）水平均显著下降（P＜0.05）；且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组术后水肿、便后出血、尿潴留发生率较对照组低（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率（6.98%）与对照组（4.65%）比较无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 肛泰栓联合复方荆芥熏洗剂可减轻混合痔术后患者疼痛水平，改善炎症因子水平，改善术后水肿、尿潴留等并发症，且不会增加药物不良反应，疗效确切。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Compound Jingjie Fumigation Detergent combined with Anti-Hemorrhoids Suppository (肛泰栓) in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after surgery. Methods According to the random number table method, 86 patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from May 2022 to March 2023 were divided into an observation group (43 cases) and a control group (43 cases). The control group was given Compound Jingjie Fumigation Detergent treatment, 10 g/time, twice a day. The observation group received treatment with Anti-Hemorrhoids Suppository on the basis of the control group, 1 pill/time, once a day, for seven consecutive days. Then, the treatment effect was evaluated, including treatment efficacy, pain improvement, serum inflammatory factors and postoperative complications, and adverse drug reactions. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (95.35%) was higher than that of the control group (81.40%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment (P < 0.05), and the observation group showed significant improvement compared to the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the inflammatory factors of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in both groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the incidence of postoperative edema, post stool bleeding and urinary retention in the observation group was low (P < 0.05). Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group (6.98%) and the control group (4.65%) (P > 0.05) had no significant difference. Conclusion The combination of Compound Jingjie Fumigation Detergent and Anti-Hemorrhoids Suppository can alleviate the pain level of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery, improve inflammatory factors, improve postoperative edema, urinary retention and other complications, and will not increase adverse drug reactions, with definite efficacy.
