血管内皮功能障碍是一种病理状态，其主要表现为内皮依赖性血管舒张功能下降，因调节内皮正常功能的活性物质合成和释放能力发生障碍所致。血管内皮功能障碍被认为是冠状动脉硬化、高血压、2型糖尿病血管病变的始发和进展的关键危险因素。通过对中西医对血管内皮功能障碍的认识，中药单体和复方治疗血管内皮功能障碍的研究现状进行综述，旨在探讨中药治疗血管内皮功能障碍的有效性和机制。

Vascular endothelial dysfunction is a pathological state characterized by a decline in endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation function due to impaired synthesis and release of active substances that regulate endothelial normal function. It is considered a key risk factor for the onset and progression of coronary artery atherosclerosis, hypertension, and vascular lesions in type 2 diabetes mellitus. This article reviews the understanding of endothelial dysfunction in both Western and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the current research status of single herbs and compound formulas in treating endothelial dysfunction. The aim is to explore the effectiveness and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in treating endothelial dysfunction.
