当归Angelica sinensis是我国传统药食两用中药,具有悠久的药用和栽培历史。随着科学技术的不断发展,其药用价值和营养价值逐渐被发现,有力推动了当归的产业发展。当归含有挥发油、多糖、有机酸等活性成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、降血压、降血糖、抗心血管疾病等药理作用。目前已开发出较多以当归为原料的药品、食品、化妆品和饲料添加剂。当归产业具有种植基础久、经济效益高、国内外市场广阔、发展前景广等优势,然而,也存在种植风险大、质量不稳定、采收加工过程复杂、加工技术不成熟等问题。通过对当归资源分布情况、化学成分研究现状进行综述,详细阐述了当归在中医药、食品、化妆品等领域综合利用状况,并针对产业化发展中存在的问题提出相应的建议,为后续当归的可持续开发利用提供参考。

Danggui (Angelica sinensis) is a traditional medicinal and edible species in China, which has a long history of medicine and cultivation. With the continuous development of science and technology, its medicinal and nutritional value have been gradually discovered, which has effectively promoted the development of A. sinensisindustry. A. sinensis contains various chemical components, including volatile oil, polysaccharide and organic acid, which has pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatation, antibacterial, antioxidation, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood sugar and anti-cardiovascular diseases. At present, more medicines, foods, cosmetics and feed additives have been developed with A. sinensis as raw materials. A. sinensisindustry has the advantages of long planting base, high economic benefits, broad domestic and foreign markets, and broad development prospects. However, there are also problems such as high planting risk, unstable quality, complex harvesting and processing process, and immature processing technology. This paper reviewed the distribution of A. sinensisresources and the current research status of its chemical composition, elaborated the comprehensive utilization of A. sinensis in traditional Chinese medicine, foods, cosmetics and other fields, and put forward corresponding suggestions for the problems existing in the process of industrialization. It can provide reference for the sustainable development and utilization of A. sinensis in the future.
