目的 通过研究《中国药典》含沉香中成药的组方特点和疾病注释，为沉香及其复方临床合理用药提供新的研究思路以及数据支撑。方法 以《中国药典》含沉香中成药为主要研究对象，利用关联规则分析用药规律，根据功效群分类研究中药聚类组合，借助古代含沉香方剂，构建“功效-中药-疾病”映射，对含沉香中成药进行疾病注释，探究含沉香中成药的具体的主治疾病和潜在的靶向疾病。结果 以沉香为中心的关联组合有5个；4类功效群中I、II类为主要功效，基于功效群将中药分为A、B、C 3支，其中A支为含沉香中成药发挥功效的主要中药；基于药性理论分析含沉香中成药处方以温为主，辛、苦、甘合用；筛选出24种疾病注释至含沉香中成药，显示主治疾病和靶向疾病以脾系病居多。结论 含沉香中成药不仅可以用于卒腹痛、伤食、呕吐等脾系病，还可以用于痹证类病、虚劳类病等；含沉香中成药中A支中药以辛开苦降为主，B支中药以甘缓守中为主，C支主要佐A支行气健脾，故可以在药性理论指导下合理选择含沉香中成药。

Objective To provide new research ideas and data support for clinical rational drug use of Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) and its compounds by analyzing the formulation characteristics and disease annotations of Chinese patent medicine (CPM) containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Methods The research focuses on CPMs containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, utilizing association rule analysis to explore medication patterns, and the clustering combination of TCMs was studied according to the classification of efficacy groups, constructs a mapping of “efficacy-TCM-disease” using ancient Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum formulations, annotates diseases associated with compound drugs containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, and investigates the specific main treating diseases and potential target diseases. Results A total of five associations centered on Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum. Among the four types of efficacy groups, types I and II are the main efficacy, and based on the efficacy groups, TCMs are categorized into three branches, A, B and C. Among them, branch A is the main TCM for exerting effects in CPMs containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum. In terms of medicinal properties analysis, CPMs containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum are primarily warm in nature and involve combinations of pungent, bitter, and sweet flavors. A total of 24 diseases were identified as associated with CPMs containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, showing that most treated diseases and target diseases belong to spleen-related illnesses. Conclusion CPMs containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum can be used not only for spleen-related diseases such as acute abdominal pain, food stagnation, and vomiting but also for rheumatic disorders and asthenia-type illnesses. Primary TCMs in category A tend towards pungent opening and bitterness descending effects, while those in category B lean towards sweetness, mildness, and center-preserving actions. Category C primarily supports category A by promoting qi circulation and invigorating the spleen. Therefore, under the guidance of medicinal properties theory, selecting CPMs containing Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum rationally is feasible.
