近年来，中医药的“扶正治疗”在提高和改善机体免疫力方面得到了全球的一致认可，免疫功能类产品的研发也是目前药学领域研究的热点之一。但具有提高机体免疫功能的中药品种繁多、分类不明、作用广泛、机制模糊，同时对具有类似作用的中药没有进行较为系统的整理和深入的分析。因此，总结了近年来常见的免疫功能评价指标，并按功效性分类的思路对中药提高机体免疫功能的研究进行了全面的梳理和系统的归纳，以期为研发免疫功能类中药制剂提供一定参考和理论依据。

In recent years, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on raising and improving organism immune function has been recognized globally through “centralizer treatment”, and the research and development of immune function products should be one of the hot spots in the field of pharmaceutical research. But at present a large number of literature reports showed that Chinese materia medica (CMM) with improving the immune function had wide varieties, unknown classification, extensive role, and fuzzy mechanism, also we have not made a more systematic arrangement and in-depth analysis on the similar function of CMM. Therefore, in recent years the common immune function evaluation indexes were summarized in this paper, and according to the idea of functional classification of CMM to improve the immune function of the comprehensive reordering and systematic summing up, so as to provide certain theoretical basis and reference for the development of immune function of CMM preparation.
