[摘要]
目的 对淫羊藿Epimedium brevicornu中的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用D101大孔树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从淫羊藿总黄酮提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为5-羟基-2-异戊烯基苯酚-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、kaempferol-3-O- rhamnopranosyl-(1→2)-rhamnopyranoside(2)、3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-7-O-β-D-glucosyl kaempferol(3)、sagittasine C(4)、山柰酚-3-O-[α-L-鼠李糖基 (1→6)-β-D-半乳糖苷]-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3,7-二氧-α-L-双鼠李糖苷(6)、山柰酚-3,7-O-α-L-二鼠李糖苷(7)、rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-neohesperidoside(8)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖-7-O-[α-L-鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖] 苷(9)、hexandraside E(10)和柔藿苷(11)。结论 其中化合物1、5为淫羊藿中首次分得,化合物2、3、4、6和9为淫羊藿属植物中首次分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium brevicornu. Methods Compounds were repeatedly separated and purified with D101 macroporous resin column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by physico-chemical methods and spectral methods. Results Six xompunds were identified as 5-hydroxy-2-prenylphenol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), kaempferol-3-O- rhamnopranosyl-(1→2)-rhamnopyranoside (2), 3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-7-O-β-D-glucosyl kaempferol (3), sagittasine C (4), kaempferol-3- O-[α-L-rhamnopyra-nosyl-(1→6)-β-D-galactopyranoside]-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5), 3,7-di-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl quercetin (6), Kaempferol-3,7-O-α-L-dirhamnoside (7), hamnocitrin-3-O-β-neohesperidoside (8), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7- O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (9), hexandraside E (10), and rouhuoside (11). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 2—4 and 6 are isolated from plants of this genus for the first time.
