[摘要]
目的 对虎舌红Ardisia mamillata全草的黄酮类化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 从虎舌红全草乙醇提取液的醋酸乙酯部分分离得到10个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为3',4',5,7-四甲氧基黄酮(1)、3',4',5',5,7-五甲氧基黄酮(2)、槲皮素(3)、槲皮苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(6)、三叶豆苷(7)、柚皮素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(8)、山柰酚(9)、4'-甲氧基山柰酚-7-O-β-芸香糖苷(10)。结论 化合物1~10为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物6和10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the flavonoids of Ardisia mamillata. Methods The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of A. mamillata and these compounds were elucidated as: 3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone (1), 3',4',5',5,7-penta- methoxyflavone (2), quercetine (3), quercitroside (4), kaempferol-3-O-glucoside (5), quercetine-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (6), trifolin (7), naringenin-7-O-glucoside (8), kaempferol (9), and 4'-methoxy-kaempferol-7-O-β-rutinoside (10). Conclusion All the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time. Compounds 6 and 10 are isolated from the plants of Ardisia Swartz for the first time.
