[摘要]
目的 研究天山堇菜Viola tianshanica干燥全草的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从天山堇菜全草70%乙醇提取物的石油醚、醋酸乙酯和正丁醇部位中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为腺苷(1)、尿嘧啶核糖核苷(2)、2, 2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑(3)、α-亚麻酸甲酯(4)、α-亚麻酸单甘油酯(5)、1, 2-二亚麻酸甘油酯(6)、1, 3-二亚麻酸甘油酯(7)、姜糖脂A(8)、2, 3-二亚麻酸甘油酯-1-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(9)、(2S, 3S, 4R, 11E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-11- octadecene-1, 3, 4-triol(10)、9-hydroxy-4-megastigmen-3-one(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)、胡萝卜苷(13)。结论 化合物2~11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Viola tianshanica. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns, as well as on the semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolates were identified by various spectroscopic methods. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as adenosine (1), uridine (2), 2, 2'-dibenzothiazolyl disulfide (3), α-methyl linoleate (4), glycerol 1-linoleate (5), glycerol 1, 2-dilinoleate (6), glycerol 1, 3-dilinoleate (7), gingerglycolipid A (8), 1-O-b-D- galactopyranosyl glycerol 2, 3-dilinoleate (9), (2S, 3S, 4R, 11E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]-11-octadecene-1, 3, 4-triol (10), 9-hydroxy-4-megastigmen-3-one (11), β-sitosterol (12), and daucosterol (13). Conclusion Compounds 2-11 are isolated from the plants of Viola L. for the first time, and compound 1 is isolated from the plant for the first time.
