[摘要]
目的 研究千根草Euphorbia thymifolia全草的化学成分。方法 采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从千根草全草70%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(1 )、芹菜素(2 )、槲皮素(3 )、山柰酚(4 )、没食子酸乙酯(5 )、对香豆酸(6 )、原儿茶酸(7 )、没食子酸(8 )、咖啡酸(9 )、3, 4-开环-8βH-羊齿-4(23), 9(11)-二烯-3-羧酸(10 )、3, 4-开环-齐墩果-4(23), 18(19)-二烯-3-羧酸(11 )、二十三烷醇(12 )、β-谷甾醇(13 )。结论 除化合物5 外,其余各化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
To separate and identify the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Euphorbia thymifolia. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and physicochemical characters. Results Thirteen compounds were separated and identified as luteolin (1 ), apigenin (2 ), quercetin (3 ), kaempferol (4 ), ethyl galloyl acid (5 ), p-coumaric acid (6 ), protocatechuic acid (7 ), gallic acid (8 ), caffeic acid (9 ), 3, 4-seco-8βH-ferna-4(23), 9(11 )-dien-3-oic acid (10 ), 3, 4-seco-oleana-4(23), 18(19)-dien-3-oic acid (11 ), tricosanol (12 ), and β-sitosterol (13 ), respectively. Conclusion Addition to the compound 5 , the other compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
