[摘要]
目的 研究臭椿Ailanthus altissima根皮的化学成分。方法 运用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质与核磁数据进行结构鉴定;采用琼胶平板法测定化合物的抑菌活性。结果 从臭椿根皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到1个达玛烷型三萜,结构鉴定为20(R)-24, 25-三羟基达玛烷-3-酮(1),其抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的IC50值分别为48.2和61.3 μg/mL。结论 化合物1为1个新化合物,命名为臭椿萜酮,具有较弱的抑菌活性。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the root barks of Ailanthus altissima. Methods One compound was isolated and purified by column chromatography and its structure was identified on the basis of spectral analyses. Its antibacterial activity was measured by agar pour plate method. Results The structure was identified as 20(R)-24, 25-trihydroxy-dammaran-3-one and the IC50 values for Escherichia coli AIA 2.16 and Staphylococcus auresu 209 were 48.2 and 61.3 μg/mL. Conclusion This compound is a new dammarane-type triterpene named ailanthterpenone, which shows a weak antibacterial activity.
