目的: 研究冬青科冬青属植物救必应Ilex rotunda的化学成分。方法: 对救必应95%乙醇提取物的石油醚部位和醋酸乙酯部位进行色谱分离, 根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果: 分离得到1个新化合物二丁香醚(1)和6个已知成分, 分别为木栓酮(2)、3-羟基齐墩果烷(3)、紫丁香苷(4)、芥子醛葡萄糖苷(5)、十九烷酸(6)、硬脂酸(7)。结论: 化合物1为新化合物, 化合物2为首次从冬青属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the bark of Ilex rotunda. Methods: The constituents of the acetidin and petroleum ether-soluble portions in 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Structures were identified by their physicochemical characteristics and spectral features. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as disyringin ether (1), friedelin (2), 3β-OH-oleanane (3), syringin (4), sinapaldehye glucoside (5), nonadecylic acid (6), and stearic acid (7). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound. Compound 2 is isolated from the plants of Ilex L. for the first time.
