[摘要]
目的 对西南远志Polygala crotalarioides的化学成分进行研究。方法 运用硅胶、RP-18及Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法分离西南远志的化学成分,通过理化常数和MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从西南远志中分离得到2个化合物,分别为1, 3, 6-三羟基-7-甲氧基呫吨酮-4-β-D-呋喃芹糖-(1→2)-[β-D-呋喃芹糖(1→6) ]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)和1, 3, 6-三羟基-7-甲氧基呫吨酮-4-β-D-呋喃芹糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为西南远志呫吨酮苷F(crotalarioides xanthone F)。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Polygala crotalarioides. Methods Two compounds were isolated by various chromatographies over silica gel column, reverse phase column (RP-18), and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and chemical means. Results A new compound, 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone 4-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→2)]-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), along with another compound, 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-7- methoxyxanthone-4-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2) was isolated from P. crotalarioides. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named crotalarioides xanthone F.
