[摘要]
目的 建立麻仁软胶囊中多组分HPLC测定方法,对7种成分进行测定。方法 采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸(75∶25),检测波长254 nm。结果 和厚朴酚在78.48~523.20 ng,厚朴酚在141.60~944.00 ng,芦荟大黄素在43.00~258.00 ng,大黄酸在37.80~226.80 ng,大黄素在58.00~348.00 ng,大黄酚在67.8~406.8 ng,大黄素甲醚在48.00~288.00 ng线性关系良好。结论 该方法准确可靠,可用于麻仁软胶囊的质量控制。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for the quality control standand of Maren Soft Capsula. Methods The HPLC method was used with Diamonsil-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 gym), a mixture liquid of methanol-0.05% H3P04 (75:25) as mobile phase, and a detection wavelength 254 nm. Results The calibration curves of magnolol, honokiol, aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, and physcion were linear over the range of 78.48-523.20, 141.60-944.00, 43.00-258.00, 37.80-226.80, 58.00-348.00, 67.8-406.8, and 48.00-288.00 ng, respectively. Conclusion This is an accurate and credible quality control method, which is suitable for the quality control of Maren Soft Capsula.
