根据过程工程学的基本理论及发展历史、中药生产过程的发展现状，从系统工程角度分析了中药生产过程各环节的过程工程学特点，分析中药过程工程学这一更为宽广视野的概念，从新的视角对中药过程工程学的研究内容进行了阐述，并探讨了本领域的研究新进展。

According to the basic theories of process engineering and their developing histories, considering the development of pharmaceutical industry of Chinese materia medica (CMM), the process engineering features in all sectors of the CMM whole production process were discussed on the point of systematical engineering, and a wider concept of CMM process engineering was suggested. Its research contents were analyzed and lastest achievements were reviewed in this paper.
