[摘要]
目的在前期研究的基础上, 进一步研究阔苞菊Plucheaindica的化学成分。方法利用各种柱色谱方法进行分离纯化, 根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离得到12个化合物, 分别鉴定为multiflorenol(12)、8-羟基-1(10)-缬草烯-11-O-葡萄糖苷(13)、3', 4', 5, 7-四羟基黄酮-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)、4', 5, 7-三羟基黄酮-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、3', 4', 5, 7-四羟基黄酮-3-O-β-D-吡喃甘露糖苷(16)、(+)-表松脂醇(17)、松脂素(18)、党参苷Ⅱ(19)、4-烯丙基--甲氧基-6-羟基苯基葡萄糖苷(20)、咖啡酸(21)、3, 4-二羟基-5-甲氧基苯甲醛(22)、5'-环-磷酸尿苷(23)。结论除化合物9外, 其余化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Pluchea indica.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica,Sephadex LH20 gel,and HPLC and structurally identified by spectral analysis.Results Twelve compounds were identified as multiflorenol(12),valenc-1(10)-ene-8-hydroxy-11-O-glucoside(13),3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxy-flavone-3-O-β-D-glucoside(14), 4',5,7-trihydroxyflavone-3-O-β-D-glucoside(15),3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxy-flavone-3-O-βD-mannopyranoside(16),(+)-epipinoresinol(17),pinoresinol(18),tangshenoside Ⅱ(19),4-allyl-2-methoxy-6-hydroxyphenylglucoside(20),caffeic acid(21),3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde(22),and uridine 5'-monophosphate(23).Conclusion All of them are isolated from P.indica for the first time except compound 19.
